A known Anatolian tale becomes one of the original examples of storytelling. A husband and his wife who don't have children, while eating chickpeas one day, say ‘I wish one of these was our child’ and and suddenly one of the chickpeas outside the pot becomes a little boy. Chickpea Boy and his family are now very happy. But when little Chickpea Boy starts to wonder about the outside world, things become a mess. It is a performance that children will watch fondly with its music consisting of Anatolian melodies, miniature technique decorations, rhymes and puppets.
